Young Leaders for Life/College Outreach is part of Council for Life and consist of young professionals who are passionate about supporting life in all of its stages.
We host several events throughout the year and are looking to both educate and empower our younger generation on the importance of life. We hope that the cause for life will be our generation’s cause, leading to an overflow of action in love, hope, and joy towards valuing life in every aspect.

A Prayer for Baby Gabriel 🩵
Today, we pray for Baby Gabriel, the precious boy whose life reminds us that every life is worthy of love, no matter the circumstances.
When McKenna West learned that the baby she was carrying had a serious heart condition, she bravely chose to continue the pregnancy and give him the chance at life, despite the wishes of his biological parents to have him aborted.
Gabriel was born last week here in Dallas and yesterday underwent heart surgery.
🙏 Lord, protect this precious child. Strengthen his tiny heart, guide his doctors and surround him with Your grace and love.
May his story remind us that a diagnosis does not diminish a child`s dignity. Every child deserves the chance to be born, to be loved and to live.

Where are they?

Take a trip back with us to where it all began! 🌟
Our very first Luncheon was held in October 2002 at the Dallas Country Club where more than 260 guests gathered for what was then called the Celebrities Celebrating Life Luncheon.
At the time, Council for Life was called the Pregnancy Resource Council and funded just one Beneficiary: Dallas Pregnancy Resource Center (now called Thrive). What began with one ministry and a faithful community has grown into a movement impacting thousands of women, children and families across North Texas.
The first Luncheon featured actress Jennifer O`Neill who courageously shared her abortion story and God`s redemption in her life.

Two hundred and fifty years ago, our nation was born when 56 courageous men signed the Declaration of Independence, proclaiming the revolutionary truth that all people are created equal and endowed by their Creator with unalienable rights—including life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness.
As we celebrate the birth of this great country, we also celebrate 25 years of Council for Life’s mission to help ensure that every American child has the opportunity to celebrate her own birth. Every unborn child—regardless of size, stage of development, environment, or degree of dependency—is worthy of love and protection, beginning with her most fundamental right: the right to life.
