Dan Bailey has devoted his life to strengthening and protecting the next generation. After leaving a successful corporate career more than 25 years ago, he founded Youth Equipped to Succeed (YES), an education nonprofit that now reaches over 275,000 K–12 students annually across 132 school districts.

YES partners directly with schools during the school day to provide life-affirming education through a sexual risk avoidance and optimal health framework—helping students understand their inherent value, make healthy choices, and build strong protective factors for their futures. The organization also addresses critical topics such as mental health, digital safety, peer influence, and healthy relationships through trusted speakers and a deep-impact, in-school mentoring model.

Dan lives in Dallas with his wife, Sue. They are the proud parents of two adult children and grandparents to three.

Robby Higginbottom has been married to Ann for over 18 years, and they enjoy raising their sons, Will and John, in the community where they grew up.

Robby is a graduate of Highland Park High School, Duke University (B.A.), and Redeemer Seminary (M.Div.). Since 2004, he has served on the staff of Park Cities Presbyterian Church. Robby loves the local church and has a passion for helping people grow in their relationship with the Lord. During his years at PCPC, Robby has worked with high school students, college students, and young parents. He enjoys coming alongside people as they connect the timeless wisdom of God’s word with the cultural challenges of the moment.

Dr. Ben Kirby is the husband of Jessica for nearly 20 years and the proud father of three children, Charlie 14, Cora 12, and Chloe 7.

A graduate of Jesuit College Preparatory School of Dallas, he holds a PhD in Education and Administration, a Master’s degree in Higher Education, and a Bachelor’s degree in Biology. He began teaching in 2006 and has spent the last 17 years of his career back at Jesuit, where he has served as Chair of the Science Department for two years, taught biology, chemistry, anatomy and physiology, and health, and later served as an Assistant Principal for 12 years. He now serves as Director of Enrollment Management.

Active in his community, Dr. Kirby is a parishioner at St. Rita Parish, serves on the St. Rita School Advisory Board, and is a former executive member of the Moss Haven Elementary PTA. Since 2019, he has presented to schools, parishes, and community groups on parenting and technology, a passion project shaped by firsthand experience working with teenagers and witnessing both positive and harmful outcomes of family and student decisions. His focus is on helping parents be proactive in setting values, guiding their children through devices, social media, and emerging technologies such as AI, and helping young people understand their identity as sacred gifts created with hope, dignity, and unique purpose.

Lori Kuykendall is the Executive Director of Operations for The Institute for Women’s Health. She earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Community Health from Texas A&M University and a Master of Public Health in Health Promotion from Liberty University. Lori has 30 years’ experience in community health education, focused on working with parents, schools, churches, and policymakers on sex education curriculum and policy. She and her husband Chris have four young adult children and live in Flower Mound, Texas.
