Dr. Mark Turman, Executive Director of Denison Forum, will serve as our Life Lessons Panel Discussion Moderator.
After thirty-four years pastoring four churches in Texas, including twenty-five years as the founding pastor of Crosspoint Church in McKinney, he became Executive Director of Denison Forum and Senior Contributor for Leadership in October 2021.
Mark’s vision is to partner with Dr. Jim Denison and the ministry team to deepen a transformational connection with believers, and especially to pastors and church leaders. As Denison Forum continues to develop culture-changing Christians, our hope is to encourage, edify, and equip the equippers who are leading local churches.
He holds a D.Min. from Truett Seminary, an M.Div. from Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary, and a BA from Howard Payne University.
Mark and Judi married in 1986. They have two adult children and two grandchildren. In his free time, Mark enjoys golf, boating, and landscaping.
Dr. Jim Denison is the Chief Vision Officer of Denison Forum.

He has taught on the philosophy of religion and apologetics at several seminaries.
Dr. Denison serves as Resident Scholar for Ethics with Baylor Scott & White Health, where he addresses issues such as genetic medicine and reproductive science. He is a Senior Fellow with CEO Forum as well as with the 21st Century Wilberforce Initiative and the International Alliance of Christian Education. He also serves as Senior Fellow for Cultural Studies at Dallas Baptist University’s Institute for Global Engagement and is the Theologian in Residence for the Baptist General Convention of Texas.
He holds a Doctor of Philosophy and a Master of Divinity from Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary. He also received a Doctor of Divinity from Dallas Baptist University. Prior to launching Denison Forum in 2009, he pastored churches in Texas and Georgia.
Jim and his wife, Janet, live in Dallas, Texas. They have two sons and four grandchildren.
Lori Kuykendall serves as the President and CEO of Medical Institute for Sexual Health, headquartered in Dallas, Texas. Medical Institute is committed to “advancing wholeness by empowering optimal sexual health.” She earned her B.S. in Community Health Education from Texas A&M University, and her Master’s Degree in Public Health (M.P.H.) in Health Promotion from Liberty University. In 1995, Lori took her first professional position as prevention coordinator for the Women’s Pregnancy Center in Houston, Texas. In 1998, she co-founded Fort Bend ALERT (Abstinence Leadership, Education and Resources for Teens). She later served as the Executive Director of LifeTalk (Pregnancy) Resource Center in Frisco, TX and then Aim for Success/Just Say YES youth development organization. She held several other non-profit leadership positions, including an international medical and dental missions organization where she developed health education programs in Romania, Guatemala and Honduras. Her passion is helping young people and families be healthy – physically, mentally, emotionally, socially and spiritually. Lori and her husband Chris have four adult children.
The Birds & Bees Founder, Mary Flo Ridley, has been equipping parents of young children for over 30 years. Her passion is to help parents have foundational conversations with their children about conception, birth, and all related topics while marveling at the beauty of God’s design. Mary Flo and her husband Dave have been married for 41 years with three married children, and eight grandchildren. After growing up in El Paso, Mary Flo graduated from SMU. She loves playing with her grandchildren, baking, and traveling with Dave!
