Jacki Deason is an attorney and philanthropist who serves as a board member or consultant for both public companies and nonprofits.

Previously, Jacki hosted a show and podcast airing on BlazeMedia and worked as a Senior Fellow at the Texas Public Policy Foundation. She served as legal counsel on Capitol Hill to the Chairman of the Subcommittee on the Constitution and the former Ranking Member of the Commercial and Administrative Law Subcommittee, advising on the oversight of federal agencies.

Prior to her career in Washington, Jacki worked as a litigator. She studied Economics, Spanish, and World History at Marshall University (Society of Yeager Scholars), Oxford University in the United Kingdom, and the University of Zaragoza in Spain. She is an alumna of the Vanderbilt University Law School.

Jacki is married to businessman and philanthropist Doug Deason.

Todd Wagner is the founding pastor of Watermark Community Church which grew to multiple campuses and serving tens of thousands.

Todd is the creator and author of Reengage, an international marriage ministry, and Come and See for church leaders to plant, renew and reform their local bodies. He is Founder of Unhindered Ministries which serves a network of business, ministry, public service and media leaders and 1613Project which equips leaders and their organizations to remain steadfast in the face of cultural pressure to compromise on the values essential to the enduring health of civilization.

He is an international speaker and a guest contributor to media outlets including The Dallas Morning News, The Gospel Coalition and Fox News. Todd’s previously produced video podcast Real Truth Real Quick continues to be a resource for countless individuals on YouTube.

Todd is married to Alex, and they have six children and an ever increasing number of grandchildren.

Kyle Waldrep is Co-Host of Intersections Podcast and Founder and former CEO of Dottid, an all-in-one, online asset management platform for commercial property owners. Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL) acquired Dottid in November 2024. Kyle now oversees the Dottid business for JLL.

Kyle founded Dottid soon after graduating from Southern Methodist University. Over eight years, he built a team of world-class software developers, technologists and industry experts committed to developing the most effective way for the commercial real estate industry to conduct business. Dottid became a venture-backed startup and raised money from public companies, venture capitalists, family offices and other leaders in the commercial real estate space.

Kyle is currently a member of Episcopal School of Dallas EagleSpark Venture Board, a mentor for the SMU Spears Institute and serves on the regional board for North Texas Young Life. Kyle has been published in Business Insider, The Dallas Morning News and other leading publications and was recognized as one of the “20 Under 40” in Dallas by Park Cities People.
